Refund and Returns Policy
At TeamDz Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality products made specifically for you. As we operate using a print-on-demand model with third-party fulfillment partners, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns
All our items are custom-printed upon order. Therefore, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please ensure you review all details before finalizing your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Exchange or Replacement
We may offer an exchange or replacement in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You received an item significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design).
To request an exchange or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@teamdzshop.com, and include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If eligible, we’ll offer you a replacement. If you prefer a refund, please refer to Section 4 – Refund Policy.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer exchanges or refunds in the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Incorrect phone number provided, causing delivery issues
- Incorrect size, color, or design selected at checkout
- Change of mind or general dissatisfaction with the product
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot restock or resell returned items.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in the following cases:
- Product Issues: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the item by contacting us at contact@teamdzshop.com, and providing:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 90 days from the order date, and tracking does not confirm delivery. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
- Order Cancellation: If your cancellation request is approved before the order enters production, as outlined in Section 9 – Canceling Orders, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to damage or defect:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For all other approved cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Gifts
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to someone other than the buyer, all return and exchange policies will apply to the recipient as if they were the original customer. Therefore, the recipient must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if there are any issues or errors with the order.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
We are not responsible for orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or for unclaimed packages.
If an order is returned to us by the shipping carrier:
- We will not issue a refund or replacement unless the error was on our part.
- If you wish to have the item reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order to avoid delays or additional costs.
9. Canceling Orders
As all products are made-to-order and production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be fulfilled.
- If your order has not yet entered production (Processing Status). The “Processing Status” refers to the period before your order has been printed or custom-made. Once your order has started being processed or is in production, cancellations are no longer possible. you may contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If approved, a full refund will be issued.
- Once the order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
11. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Please note that the actual colors of the printed items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Screen displays vary in terms of brightness, contrast, and color calibration, which can affect how images appear. Minor color differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
12. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Please note:
If the tracking information shows that the item was delivered but you did not receive it, we are not liable for the lost item. In such cases, any replacement or reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.
13. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of these updated terms.
